BF 4 MP Connectivity Issues

When I start Battlefield 4 or Battlefield Hardine on Xbox One, I get a message saying "You have lost connection to the EA servers. Online features will be unavailable." My friend on another Xbox One can play with no problems, but for some reason I haven't been able to for the past few days. Suggestions are very appreciated.

Ok.  Try to clear your Xbox Cache.

Here are the steps to clear your Xbox One Cache:

    1. Have your Xbox One on
    2. Hit and HOLD the Xbox Button on the front of the console for around 10 sec, until it shuts down
    3. Once it has powered down, UNPLUG the power brick from the back of the console and wait until the light goes off on the power brick.
    4. Press the Xbox Button on the front of the console a couple time to ensure all power is drained
    5. Wait another 30 sec
    6. Plug it back in and power up the console

When is the last time you power-cycled your Router and Modem?  Try doing this and see if it helps your connection issues.

To power-cycle your Router and Modem, follow these steps:

    1.  Unplug the power from both devices

    2.  Wait 5 min

    3.  Plug in the MODEM first, and wait for it to FULLY boot up (usually takes about 2 min)

    4.  Plug in the ROUTER

    5.  Wait for this to fully boot up

If you have one of the Modem / Router combos, just do the same but skip steps 4-5 since the router is part of the modem.
