BF 4 origin problem

Hello guys . I cant play bf4 cause of this error help pls

    First of all, make sure that Origin is open. If it already as launched, then close Origin.exe in Task Manager, log out of Battlelog, then turn Origin on and log in to Battlelog again. If that fails, follo the steps below.

    1) Log in to Battlelog from a different browser than Chrome (so Firefox, IE or Edge)
    2) Go to profile settings
    3) Turn "Use plugin-free game launching" option off
    4) If any plugin updates are available, install them.

    Should all of that still fail, try to reinstall Origin.

    Download the Origin client? Try using a different browser? Any more information you can provide?
