BF Hardline No multiplayer option show in screen??

Hello Guys
I'm having problem with BF Hardline
I just got it and I start the game but I shocked when I didn't see multiplayer option, how to play online?? Plz help
I did reedem code and download the package

    If you are on PC you must log into Battlelog and then select "multiplayer and then server browser.  You'll have to set up your server browser filters and then you'll find servers to join.

    If on console from the title screen go to multiplayer then either to quick match or to server browser to find a server to join.  Be advised that Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PS4 all have additional requirements of needing Xbox Live Gold or Playstation Plus to play online.  If you have a PS3 online play is free.
