BF Hardline on PS4 Multiplayer error

I have installed the game and I am able to play the campaign mode. When I attempt to play multiplayer I get the error below:

You have lost your connection to PSN and thus lost your connection to the EA servers. Please check your ethernet cable. You will be unable to access online features until you sign into PSN and the EA servers again.

    had this same problem but I fixed! sorry about my english I am from Brazil.
    Go to ps4 in Configurations- Initialization - restore configurations standard.

    I Have done this and now I can Play Multiplayer. Hope I help You all.

    I haven't heard any news as of yet. It sounds to me like its a digital download issue which means that we are going to have to wait for a patch before it can be fixed. 

    I deleted and reinstalled Hardline and it didn't fix the issue. Still wont connect to multiplayer.  I m going to wait till Monday. If its not fixed by then I will be trying to get a refund and buy a disc.

    Nothiing new happened for me. Just a douzen of new threads about hardline multiplayer not working on ps4. I would have gone broke a long time ago, if I would work like the guys from EA...

    I'm also having the same issue. I did the trace and sent it to them as well. Rebuilt my database on my Ps4. Refreshed all the licenses to the game. They said to open my ports/DMZ. Got the port info from them and opened those exact ports on my router. Disabled my UPnP on my router as they advised. Then finally they asked if my Playstation Plus was valid. I about freaked out. YES my Playstation plus is up to date. I do believe the issue lies with them and as I have tried to do everything on my end besides light my PS4 on fire and see if that works.  May God be with you.
