BF1 Asia servers broken by DDoS and new "8-player crash" after update

I am writing this to report that the Battlefield 1 servers in the Asian region have become completely unplayable since early March 2026 due to relentless DDoS attacks, and things have only gotten worse after yesterday's update. I have put hundreds of hours into this game and it’s truly frustrating because right now, it is impossible to even finish a single full round of Conquest without the entire server collapsing. To make matters worse, we have noticed a specific and game-breaking issue following the most recent update where any server that reaches more than 8 players immediately crashes or kicks everyone out. It’s clearly not an issue with my own internet connection as the entire player base in the region is experiencing the exact same thing at the same time. The community has been dealing with these DDoS attacks for weeks now, but this new "8-player limit" bug is the final nail in the coffin for those of us just trying to enjoy the game. Please, EA, we need you to strengthen the security measures for the Battlefield 1 servers and fix whatever went wrong in the last update so we can maintain basic service operations and actually play the game we love.
