Sorry to hear that you did not receive the Battlepack and the 1000 scraps.
Have you tried repairing the game files, and playing a couple more rounds to allow your account to sync up?
You are able to play any game mode, it should become available once you play a couple more rounds.

that message is just showing up a few days too late.
I bet you´ve received the Battlepack and Scraps, they have been handed out last week already:
But it is indeed a little confusing 🙂
