that message is just showing up a few days too late.
I bet you´ve received the Battlepack and Scraps, they have been handed out last week already:
But it is indeed a little confusing 🙂
- I have been receiving this message the past few days and i just did a couple more TDM rounds still got nothing
- I never received any scraps or battlepacks from last week either

That message is showing up in my game as well (for 2 days now), and I´m 100% sure that I´ve received it on March 7th.
I didn´t have to play, Battlepack and Scraps were just there.
So please try to remember if a Battlepack suddenly appeared last week. If not, contact EA Support as suggested.
