BF1 cant start. Require to use DX 11 (since it have DX12)

Hello,

After purchasing and installing BF1 online I'm in endless loop searching for solution. My rig spec: Acer Predaror G-5 (notebook) with 16GB RAM, Windows 10 , NVidia GTX 1060 6 GB , 1TB HDD + 250 GB SSD.

The Error I have is (as shown on the pic) : " GTX 1060 does not support DirectX11 which is required " and just a black screen of the game.

I have friend with the same GPU who plays the game without any errors.

Tried reinstalling the game,  repairing the game, manipulation manually document folders saves , deleting document folders of the game , updating all drivers , installing DX11 in desperate hope and spending 2 days in the web searching for solution of my problem. 

Pls help. I want to play this game and nothing that I tried worked.
