- check system:
-- check disk where game is https://support.microsoft.com/kb/2641432
-- run command prompt as Admin and enter a commands:
ECHO Y | CHKDSK C: /F /X
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /spsuperseded /hidesp
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase
SFC /SCANNOW
(if sfc find some error - restart PC)
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
(if dism find some error - restart PC)
- check for system updates, restart PC
- install latest nvidia video driver 376.33, run it as Admin with "clean install" option, restart PC
- disable dx12 in games settings:
-- open file "C:\Users\(your_user_name)\Documents\
-- find this string and change the 1 to 0 and safe the file (if u don't have it - create it):
GstRender.Dx12AutoDetect 0
GstRender.Dx12Enabled 0
GstRender.Dx12KillSwitch 0
- run Origin as Admin, try to play
- if it not help:
-- and find files *.dmp in folders C:\Windows\ and C:\Windows\Minidump\ and upload it to any filehosting server and give to us link on it
-- and tell me the exact name\model, revision of your motherboard
