BF1 DLC Weapon Unlocks Lost When Upgrading From PS4 to PS5

Hello all,

Recently, I've transferred my Battlefield 1 data from PS4 Pro to PS5 but found that all my DLC progress and weapon unlocks are gone on PS5. On the game and soldier menus, my weapons and progress are still there as normal, but when I enter a game, they are gone. I have the premium/revolution pass, but when I tried to reinstall it on the PlayStation Store, it said that it was already installed. Could anyone please provide a solution? Thanks a lot.
