BF1 DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HANG DirectX Error

So Battlefield 1 is constantly crashing with with a DirectX error "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HANG. I only see this error on Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4. When I debug...

what worked for me:

set detail to 88%, no more crashes..

    Do you mean the resolution scale?
