Solution: Turn "GPU Memory Restriction: OFF" in the video settings & turn OFF anti aliasing if you have a gtx 770 and lower.

Turn "GPU Memory Restriction: OFF" does not work. AA setting makes no difference.
My GPU Memory restriction has always been set to OFF, but I tried switching to FXAA for ~2 hours of game play and got 2 crashes, then I disabled AA altogether and within ~2 hours of game play I had 2 more crashes. I had some really good games going tonight but ah well I guess I'm playing something else for the rest of the night.
