I hope it helps as the other part does not make sense to me, i think it depends on what part of the sequence of events you are at to know how to decipher it (with what tool)? Since its the fourth rule according to wiki you have to use railfence and Decrypt using Rails = 5 Offset = 0) and the outcome might be the same as theirs? @ TRAVECY ATTIC PERONNE hope it helps?
