BF1 HDR Automatically turns on and doesn't turn off

Whenever I launch BF1 it triggers my monitor's HDR and blasts the value settings. After trying to adjust the levels, nothing happens. Even after turning off HDR in-game (and through Windows) the HDR...

@575e6036b777c4c1 im on 1440p and every time i launch BF1 HDR is auto enabled and cant turn it off. My monitor doesnt even support HDR. Game is washed out so much i cant play it all. How do we get an EA employee in this thres?
