BF1 HDR Automatically turns on and doesn't turn off

Whenever I launch BF1 it triggers my monitor's HDR and blasts the value settings. After trying to adjust the levels, nothing happens. Even after turning off HDR in-game (and through Windows) the HDR...

I have the same problem. When I enable HDR in my Windows settings and restart the computer it works fine. Unfortunately there is no way to turn off HDR completely as far as i’m aware.
