BF1 install
so started the preloading and it is at 28% and now says installing not downloading there was about an hour or more left to download now it is just sitting there saying 28% installing. Is this correc...

If you are installing to play before the download is complete (you directed it to play after it said that it was playable, then as long as the progress advances after a few minutes (5 to 15 depending on your computer and, internet connection.) it's fine.
If it is not progressing please wait a few hours - 4-5) because EA is having some connectivity issues today.
If it doesn't progress later today, let us know.
