I can't play the game. I tried playing a couple of times while it was downloading, and I kept getting the error-
Invalid license. Reason code = Invalid Cipher (0x0006)
All of my drivers are up to date, Windows 10 is also up to date. I've now been trying to play the game for 4 days now, and absolutely nothing has worked. If I right click the game to repair or update (it's a brand new installation of the game that I have) IT TRIES TO INSTALL ANOTHER FULL 80GB COPY OF THE GAME.
When I go to the 'contact us' page, it lets me choose my platform, game, problem etc... and then the 'chat' button is grayed out. There is no way to contact support.
Edit: Things I've tried so far that have not worked-
-Clean boot (https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/)
-Reinstalled display drivers
-Full scan for corrupt files (cmd: sfc /scannow)
-Run Origin in compatibility mode for Windows 7
-Reinstalled the game
-Reinstalled Origin
-Reinstalled vcredist_x64 and vcredist_x86

It looks like hundreds of other people have this error for this game, as well as all of the other games. Also, I can't launch the game without Origin.

Hey @Triknology,
I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue.
When you contact Support, make sure to Clear everything in your Web Browser (History, Cookies, etc) and also try another Web Browser.
Once you clear everything, the Chat option should become available.

Thanks, I will try this. I am currently reinstalling for a 3rd time. I am at about 80%, and when I try to play. I get-
ActivationUI.exe - Application Error: The application was unable to start correctly (0x0000142). Click OK to close the application.
