I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue.
When you contact Support, make sure to Clear everything in your Web Browser (History, Cookies, etc) and also try another Web Browser.
Once you clear everything, the Chat option should become available.

Thanks, I will try this. I am currently reinstalling for a 3rd time. I am at about 80%, and when I try to play. I get-
ActivationUI.exe - Application Error: The application was unable to start correctly (0x0000142). Click OK to close the application.

If you try to play during the download, you may receive error codes like that.
I would suggest waiting, and try to contact EA Help via Chat and see if they can help you resolve this issue.
