BF1 missing from EA app

Hi all,

I recently had nostalgia and wanted to play BF1 which I haven't launched for a while.

Since last time, the launch system changed from Origin to EA app.

I had no problems with other games (BF3, BF Bad Company, BF5) but BF1 is missing from my library.

I have tried absolutely everything documented on EA website and nothing works.

I originaly bought the game key on another site and when I tried to redeem it says it's logicaly says it's already redeemed.

It's not about the 3€ asked for the game today but more about principles... I bought something I can no longer use!

Any help would be appreciated

    Hey @WhabbiT666,

    It's strange that you're missing exactly one game. When you say that you've already tried everything, could you give me a quick rundown? Just so I don't start recommending things you've already tried.

    Thanks for your answer.

    So, I've been playing battefield games since the first one and as I can remember I only had bf3, bad company 2 and bf1 on the origin app (no other game franchise).

    I can't remember if bf5 was on origin or EA app but once on EA app I just played bf5 when launched and keep playing bf3 once in a while for a few years now.

    With a friend we decided to go back a bit to bf1 but there began the troubles.

    So far:

    - I found my activation key (bought on another site) but obviously it is already redeemed and does not help me much

    - I cleared the cache (app recovery)

    - I re-installed EA app and disconnected/reconnected to my account

    - I went through every option in EA app and searched every option linked to bf1 in the store (and my only option is to buy it)

    - I sweared at EA quite alot

    Nothing worked...

    What worries me the most is that if I even can launch the game again I might start from scratch since EA thinks I never bought it (and therefore never played it).

    Hi @WhabbiT666 What was the site you bought it on originally, and have you spoken with EA Help yet?

    Hi,

    Bought it from cdkeys.com. Worked fine at the time, played alors.

    Yes, tried EA Help without any success.
