BF1 missing multiplayer privileges

Today is Friday July 28, 2017. I haven't been able to play BF1 online multiplayer on Xbox one since Monday July 24, 2017. So what's going on EA I'm highly pissed off, when are you going to fix this pr...

Does your Xbox or EA account have underage status? If yes, this might be the reason for your trouble and in that case you will need to either contact EA Support for EA Accounts or Xbox support for Xbox accounts.

If underage status is not the issue, do you have a Xbox Gold subscription for your account? If you dont, you may not be able to play online portions of the game.

If non of this are the issue, then you will need to contact EA Support and the advisors should be able to help you out future.
