BF1 PC Says I don't own full game.

I've owned Battlefield 1 since Christmas day(or maybe like a day after) of 2016. Yet I log in now and only the trial pops up and it says I Don't Own it. I literally have the activation code still and still have the BF1 non trial version on my desktop lmao. I launch non trial and it launches trial??? Any fix?

    Hey @Synergy719,

this looks like the classic case of "logged in to the wrong account". The account you're posting with does only have the trial attached to it - the full game must be registered on another account.

If you log in to that other account, you should be able to play the game - possibly after some updating. If you cannot remember your login credentials, reach out to an EA Advisor with the product code at hand - that should help in retrieving the other account.

  • Hey there @Synergy719

Are you able to simply uninstall the Trial ? I'm not sure can you see the trial installation, but here is a guidance to uninstalling on most Windows OS's: https://www.pcrisk.com/how-to-remove-spyware/uninstall-program-windows

You can also try repairing the installation:

    1. Select My Game Library in Origin.
    2. Right-click on the game tile.
    3. Select Repair Game.

If you go to the game's installation folder, you have there bf1.exe and bf1Trial.exe. If you launch the game from bf1.exe, does it still load the Trial ?

Did you play the trial version before purchasing the full version?
