What the **** is wrong with my ping!!!
Im joining on multyplayer game on BF1 and im starting with 100PING
and then they are going 999PING!!
What its happening!!!!!!!
I payed 60EURO and cant play this game!

Well, I also paid 60 Euro and I can play the game and I don't have high ping. Perhaps the problem with your internet connection? On which platform do you play? What connection do you use (Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable)? Did you try this connection troubleshooting? https://help.ea.com/en-za/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

Sorry to hear about your problem, but complaining you didn't solve, have you try the connection troubleshooting linked by @IIPrest0nII? Is useful to help you to know "What connection do you use (Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable)" too. I suggest to run an UO Trace (you can find the instructions on the link above) and if you can put here the result we can analyze it toghether

[I do not work for EA!] *I tryed to open ports and it worked but when i change weapon marksman it starts the lagg 999 ping and sometimes its going to 700*

In this UO Trace we can see hight ping and over all a big difference between best and worst ping. Your issue could depend on your internet connection, if is possible you could verify if with another connection (ex with a smartphone) your issue solve.
If so it could depend on your internet provider or your hardware (router, cables, etc)

If you have a smartphone with internet connection you can share this connection with other phones/PC/Consoles throught WiFi

smartphone?? I to am interested in the outcome of this discussion. I am having terrible rubber banding problems on a spec pc that is only from November at over £2.5k. it should be eating this game up. on 1 player it does. on multiplayer it jumps in and out of maps, losing connection. and has terrible rubber banding issues. I haven't checked ping levels yet but expect them to be wayward.
please continue with the fix for this mans issues. it is no doubt very unfair of the powers that be not to aid in his task to repair the fault. some internal imput would be welcome also. dave
