bf1 premium not installed

Hi guys,

I am having a problem with the bf1 premium pass, I bought a few days ago but I am not sure if it's activated.

When I open the game, go to store, premium I have the option to Installation, if I click there it will try to open the PlayStation Store and after a few seconds I got the message "no content found"

How do I know if the premium is installed with success?

Thanks,

Thales

If it is installed correctly, when you open the game next, it should say "Premium Pass" under the Battlefield 1 title on the Home Screen of the game.

You should also be able to see that you have access to the DLC Maps in the Multiplayer Quickmatch Menu.

If it is not there, try Restoring your licenses in the PS4 Settings, and see if that works.

Also, do a hard reset (unplug your PS4 power supply) for a couple minutes, and plug it back in.

Try this out, and let me know if you see that it has been installed.

    Thanks 🙂

  • Hey @SHENN17,

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

Have you tried highlighting the game on your PS4 Home Screen, and going down to the "Add Ons" Menu for Battlefield 1?

The Premium Pass should be available there, and you should be able to install it.

Give that a shot, and keep us posted.

    Thanks 🙂

Hi @iluminatethesky, yes, if I go to this page says it was installed.

but is there any indication when I open the game? or on the game when says it was installed with success?

    Thanks,

    Thales

    Hi sorry the last delay!

Yes, I can see the "Premium Pass" under the Battlefield 1 title on the Home Screen (top right).

Thanks a lot for your help!
