Please try the following: Go to Program Files and find Origin Games, Right Click on Battlefield 1 and go to properties, Uncheck Read Only, Apply and okay.

Ohh unfortunately it's not PC its on Xbox .

Also, some players reported that they solved similar issue by restoring the console to factory settings.
