Hello there, as mentioned in numerous other threads, there was a short timeframe where the stats could not be fetched correctly. This has since been resolved and was only an intermittent issue. Thank you for your patience.

Summarize your bug Yesterday all was fine but today I noticed that my progress with the new expansion guns are out of whack - on my assault I'm missing 3 stars on both guns yet on my sniper class I have one of them at 20 stars?! I haven't killed that many (yet). All other gun on all classes are fine, only the latest expansion gun on all classes is all messed up - I value my stats (as do many) so please fix this ASAP.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

Hey ea quick question is there something wrong with the new turning tides weapons the service stars are all mix up for example I have my m1917 trench to 92 stars but when I go online it says i only got 5 stars is it a bug?

Hey guys,

there was a short period of time where the stats could not be synced with the server. This could result in said stats and service stars being displayed incorrectly. This was resolved shortly after the original post.

If you say it is occurring before you go online @elturtle123, where exactly do you see those incorrect stats?

Yes it's occurring before I go online I got my gun to 100 stars already but when I go online it stays on 5 stars it's already been a week like this

I’ve got the same issue my stats gone too, this better get fixed quick because if ea wants my money for a game that’s been out for two damn years and still can’t get it to display the right stats.how hard is it to do something right. Compliments of the idiots who run ea 🤗

And no matter how many times I check the internet and trouble shoot with my end of things, I cannot seem to join a match, i’ve Been in matchmaking for the past hour, tried the server browser and when I select a server it kicks me back to the browser selection
