BF1942 Disc Version Won't Start
I have the disc version. I have Windows 7, and it literally will not start. It installed, but literally just does nothing now.

you not fully patch up the game try my all in one patch up pack
(this download is for cd rom or dvd version only)
install in order i put it and your bf1942 will work

Sorry emile44, I was on Windows 7 after a NTOSKRNL.exe error forced a Full Factory Reset, then re updated to Win 8.1 which I had to do last year when a Seagate 2TB Hard Drive fried itself, out of warranty time of course....I had BF1942 working but now it wont load, tried your solution, no luck. I have the old Battlefield 1942 The Complete Collection with 8 discs, good news is Battlefield Vietnam still kinda works tho sounds arent right and cant make em work cause no option to run in Win98/ME mode which would make it do. Thanks for the try!
are you sure ? that install path of the patch up pack was ok
first make sure the game runs Compatibility mode win xp sp3 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=52SV6S4x4-I
if that all was good ? i have no idea why game is not working ;/
if all fail
lets try the freeware version maybe windows 8 no longer install the disks good
