BF3 Download issues
anyone good at troubleshooting? for whatever reason EA App won't let me download BF3, and the only language option is Russian...
tried to restart ticket but it seems they ended the support chat/ticket system.

did you manage to solve this? i have the same issue and support cant help me
Not at the moment. like BF3, BF4 was initially not showing, but it popped back up after talking with support and downloaded fine.
Try resolving the language issue with the support agent first. Are you having the download issue with any other game?
Does not work. Reinstalled twice.

You will have to try talking with EA support again, they should be able to assist you with the language option. Try reinstalling the EA app as a possible fix for the glitched download.
i have bought BF3 TWICE now, and i can't even re-open my ticket? how is this acceptable that that i can't even get in contact with someone to put in another ticket? is there something I'm missing because when i try reopening my ticket it says I'm unable to.
