Have you tried to play another BF4 game since this and if so please also post a WinDbg report for that even if it did not cause a crash.

I have played Rift, LoL, Tera, Diablo 3, Infestation Survivior Stories, Arma 2 OA, DayZ, War Thunder. None of them have caused a bluescreen.
