open up internet explore
then head over to the symbols top right and click TOOLS symbols
then internet options
then head along to ADVANCED
then click on the reset button
a window will open up
then tick on the box DELETE PERSONAL SETTINGS at the bottom of that window
then shut down internet explore and reopen it again that how I got my plugin to work
how do you do it on chrome?

If you guys are on the new IE in windows 8/8.1 you need to change your security settings from Medium-High to medium.
Tools->Internet Options -> Security
Medium High-> Medium

Chrome:
After download & install.
Look in the upper rigth corner - You'll see a red X -over a plug in symbol
Click om the X and aksept the plug in

Hey dude,
Don't know if anyone else told you this (I only read through 1 page of comments, but this is how you get bf4 plugin to work in chrome.
NPAPI plugin support has ended with Chrome 42, but you can manually enable it in this release by heading to chrome://flags/#enable-npapi
Click the enable link and restart your browser, you can now install and use battlelog plugin.

Also, I know some of those other flags look cool and fun to play with - lot's of them are experimental and will cause crashes, play with them if you like, but resetting to defaults and enabling npapi is probably the best bet when you find it's breaking every 5 mins
