Helped a little bit but still runs pretty horribly

yes the spikes are still there but no where near what i was getting like lagging down to 3fps but this has seemed to of stopped it from dipping so bad now its (just) playable! so its putting too much strain on the cpu which is then bottlenecking the card this is only my assumption could be many of things tho! -_-
