BF4 [BF4DB] VPN Kick problem - HELP!

It's been 2 days since I started getting banned from every single server I try to join. I get the message that the reason is "BF4DB VPN Kick", but I DO NOT use VPN.

I tried enabling and disabling proxy and VPN but that didn't help.

I can't even register on BF4DB because it says I need to turn off my VPN, even tho it's off anyway.

Can someone please give me a solution to this problem? I haven't played for like 3 years and I installed BF4 about 3 days ago. Played without a problem first day and now for the last 2 days I can't join any server because of this...
