When unlocking these weapons by completing the various campaign endings, then the weapons will not show up as unlocked in your battlelog report. All despite the campaign progress trackers reports correctly that you completed them all.
Also if you go to your soldier loadout, again it shows as if you have not unlocked them.
Now, do try and enter into a live multi-player online game on an official or ranked server.
Then go to your soldier loadout selection screen, and there you will now see your new awarded weapons.
After having equipped your soldier with them, they will also be visible in your battlelog as accomplishments/unlocked weapons to your soldier.
So joining a multiplayer match fixes the "unlock problems". Every new weapon/item/stuff you captured/earned during the single-player Campaign environment will then start to pop in, in the game round overview pages after the match!
This is an old known bug, never fixed by EA... But have a little patience, play a game, and they will all come to you as you earned them. :o)
