BF4 Cant connect to servers

Does EA even reply? smh

Answer HQ is a community driven support forum. Gamers helping fellow gamers. You are not writing directly to EA ( http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ ) so you can't expect them to answer.

As for your problem please write some more details about your problem, like what platform you are on and what you have tried already to solve the problem, and lastly:

Oh I understand about EA, thank you for replying. 

Additional Info:

-I played BF4 on the ps3, then bought the BF4 premium edition on the ps4 and using the option to transfer my stats

-my brother can play BF4 on his origin account on the same ps4

-I was able to momentarily join 1 server, but it was empty

-I can access my battle log online

-my NAT type is Type 2

-I can play other online games

Things I Have Tried:

-turning ps4 off and back on

-deleting BF4 game and application data and reinstalling

-reseting router

-and doing everything in this forum post except port forwarding http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/forum/threadview/2955065220104293457/

I think there might be a problem with my origin account or something. Please help me, this is really frustrating. Thank you Carbonic.

Update:

-My brother and i are now able to get into a few matches

-The matches only have about 2 people on each team

Should I contact my ISP?

Well now my game doesn't work again. But an EA community manager is assisting me on my other post. Thanks for trying to help Carbonic.
