Bf4 Commander mode, no free commander slots on any server

trying to play from my apple ipad and the server browser can't find any free slots in any game. all day today anyone else experiencing this issue?

    After contacting a EA live chat game assistant I was instructed to do the following:

    1. Change my EA origin account password
    2. uninstall and re-install the commander application

    THIS DID NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE

    after contacting a 2nd live chat game advisor i was told.

    "This is a known existing issue and should be resolved soon"

Same problem here it saying no server found

today I can see a server I was playing commander on from my ps3 last night in my history

even has a free commander slot

but when I try to join it says:

"something went wrong(ERR_CONFIG_MISSMATCH)⚽"
