BF4 Console Emblem Issue

So us console users do not have emblems showing up on our weapons and vehicles, but why do the PC users have emblems and we (Console) users do not. If there will be an update for this please answer me, is it because of the problem previously and you guys decided to remove it completely? Thank you.
