bf4 continues to crash as soon as the games loads on MP or SP mode(PC on Origin)

Well, if you want people to suggest anything better than reinstall I think you should work on creating better problem descriptions 😉

• Always put a tag identifying your platform in the subject text if possible - that would look like [PC], [XB360], [PS4] etc.

• For PC's describe your hardware: CPU,GPU, PSU, motherboard, soundcard, memory and harddrives etc.

• Write descriptive (also the subject line) so the right people find your question and knows what it contains.

• Give a precise description of each and every step you did until the error occoured

• Give link to / copy paste relevant log files (the Windows Event Viewer logs most crashes)

• Give link to screenshots of the problem happening

• Tell if it has worked before, when it started not working and what did you do just before that!

• For PC give a link to an updated dxdiag http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/

• Write the EXACT error messages (screenshot if possible)

• Tell the obvious, even if it’s stupid and obvious (there’s a lot of clueless people on the internet, we don’t know if you are one of them

• Tell ALL you have tried to fix the problem in DETAIL and how you did it in DETAIL and what the results were, in DETAIL!

Please take your time writing a detailed post about your problem, people use their sparetime helping you, try not to waste their time 🙂

if you bothered to look at this you would see "PC" and "Origin" meaning it is on the computer. and i had mentioned i started having the problem two week's ago so clearly i had the hardware to run it. but i guess when i meant i tryed "everything" i should have said "i went through all the answer hq links on this site and tryed them all and none of them worked" but i guess instead of helping people with a solution being an azz like youself to try to make people look **bleep** works better.

The list mentions putting a [PC] tag in front of your subject text (as also mentioned in a read first sticky post in here), this is to better make it clear for others to spot your thread and come help. I'm just trying to help you help yourself.

No, you could have bought it two weeks ago and actually never have played it. Also, for how long it has worked before that can be a factor.

You should make a list of things you have already tried so you don't waste people's time suggesting things you've already tried. Again, I'm just trying to help you help yourself.

I don't see how you mistook my post to me wanting you to look bad instead of me trying to help you create a better thread but if you want to be hostile about it I'll just leave your thread for now. Good luck with your issue.
