BF4 crashing in underground garage in Singapore level. WTF can I do????

Hi all,

Since installing the first mega patch on PC my game crashes every single time I drive into the underground garage on the Singapore level. Doesn't matter whether by foot or in tha tank or whether I take the left or right entrance. Every time without fail it crashes.

Can anyone suggest anything I can try other than swearing a lot at it? The game normally runs no problem with high or ultra settings. I can't find a mention of this specific problem anywhere.

Spec:

Alienware Aurora R3 i5-2300 2.8Ghz with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
