BF4 crashing to desktop

So after the latest windows 10 update BF4 now randomly crashes out to desktop,

this PC has been running its latest config for 2 years no hassle then windows screws things nicely.

Repaired windows, reinstalled all programs, updated all drivers etc

All I can get from event viewer is:

Any ideas because next will be a fresh install of win10 and everything.

I can run in game form 5 mins to 90mins with no crash then boom, its just random

Any help?
