I've been having the same problem ever since the start of CTE. Please let me know if you have a solution yet.
I really want to get into the CTE.
The only fix is to swap your game over to a diffrent origin account through origin support.
You will loose all rank..
That was the only way to have it fixed.
They tell you that specialists will look at your case, but I wated a month with no replies.
