BF4 Demoted and equipment locked. Please Help

I only just got bf4 for xbox360 and I finally started unlocking stuff and leveling up, and  I got demoted to lvl2 and the stuff I unlocked is locked again, Not happy.

I was looking on forums and it said something about the test range doing it, which I did then when I joined a game I lost all my stuff. Please Help.

(Edit) Started playing again (about 30 after this post was made), at least I still had my acb90 and camo from the battle pack, nope that is now gone too.

    Hey there @BrimReaper69 & @ValorBlaze,

There may not be a way to get the lost data back, but what you can try to do is clear your cache to remove any corrupted data.

    1) From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
    2) Select System Settings.
    3) Select Storage.
    4) Highlight Hard Drive Device.
    5) Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
    6) Reboot your console.
    7) Re-download the updates for the game.

You may also want to check your game files and see if any files in the Battlefield 4 folder are corrupted. (They will have a "!" with a yellow circle surrounding it.) If you find any corrupted files, delete them.

I have gotten demoted also, I was rank 124 now rank 118.. No equipment locked I still got them, but I am not happy with my demotion. Xbox 360

  • Did you guys have a server crash when you ranked up or did you have zero issues and when you logged in your soldiers were just rolled back to an earlier state?
  • I had my assigment weapons locked from the expansions, I had them unlocked before the 1.17 patch.
