Bf4 error code 1

Hi, been trying to play battlefield 4 today. Everytime i try and join any server i get a message saying "An unknown error occurred. Error code: 1" then it just says "joining server..." for ages until...

Hi, i use mobile hotspot to play. It always works perfectly asides from a few ping issues from time to time. I've done console restarts and hotspot resets. My friends who have 200mb broadband are also experiencing the same issue. One is from Australia and one is from america. I usually get 60-80mb on hotspot. Its been working perfect for months and yesterday me and my friends randomly starting getting the error code. We were even able to play earlier in the day.

    Sounds like your internet is hitting a bad network route, recommend poking your ISP on it. We dont controll how you connect to us. @jct199611572
