Hi @cjayb22 Error Code 1 doesn't relate to a ban from what's been said in the past by EA staff, so that's most likely not the issue. However, if EA ban you then they email you a notification and that status will be shown at https://help.ea.com/en/my-ban-history/, so you may want to double check still to confirm.

You can also contact EA Help for assistance at help.ea.com if changing your settings doesn't work.
Thank you for the solution I appreciate it! I found that entering in the battlelog and joining a game from your PC worked like a charm. This is a weird issue.
