Spoke with customer support. Advised to delete game and use tool to remove all game information. As expected it did nothing. Game still crashes on the start screen on both computers. Are there problems with the new WIndows updates?

Sorry you are still seeing an issue. You can determine if recent Windows Updates are the issue by uninstalling the most recent one(s).
Windows updates can sometimes be troublesome.
- 7 years agoUninstalled latest Windows update but no change...game still freezes. I tried to start BF3 and it did the same thing though some other Origin games are working.
