Next thing I would try would be a clean driver reinstall. You basicly remove all your Nvidia stuff, use Display Driver Uninstaller:

to wipe the rest of it. Then you reboot and install the latest Nvidia driver from http://www.nvidia.com/

@GR1MM_R3AP3R_X @MADrag0n @Carbonic @RaZorBlaDe75 man I believe its about only Origin. It's beta and the started freezing right after last origin update. I tried everything with the specified way. And I believe all those DCOM errors was there way before the crash. I formatted pc did everything by the book and here we are. @MADrag0n tried every suggested permission settings online to fix it even in the reg edit folders of the applications/errors, changed the ownership to administrators from Trusted-whatever- none of em work mate. I think we gotta wait for some DEV respond or wait them to fix it with a new update.
- Anonymous9 years agoI think the problem will only be fixed with an update. I have consulted with an guy on the online chat and he said there is nothing wrong with origin. And battlefield being the only game that freezes is strarting to * me off. If battlefield 1 does the same im going to freak. I thought it might be my windows 10 that updated last week so i factory set my windows. I changed my compatibility to Windows 7 and repaired the game. Same problem. I saw your post and you going through all that * and still having a problem it only means that origin needs to be fixed. Hope a new update will fix it

1) Today I have an update fo Origin, my version now is 10.1.1.35466 - 0, check it...
2) Run Origin as Admin,
- go to Aplication settings - Advanced - Enable Origin InGame, also Enable it in BF4 title Properties
- go to Aplication settings - Diagnostics -
Share hardware info - On
Share system interaction data - On
Origin crash reporting - Send automatically
Origin In-Game logging - On- close Origin, go to folder C:\ProgramData\Origin\Logs\ and delete all content
- run Origin as Admin, run BF4, play until u take a freeze problem
3) Make report to support and describe ur problem, specify this topic. And post here, in this topic, your Report ID for safe-keeping...
4) Close Origin, go to folder C:\ProgramData\Origin\Logs\ and create zip archive of all files (logs) from it (u can attach this zip to a message to support or here)

@MADrag0n I've changed the "Fullscreen" into "Borderless" in game options. I am so happy to did that because finally I have some actual BF4 stopped working error now. It's way much better than having no errors right? 🙂 Now I'm gonna try your way and here's the Event Log Details of the error:

Well there is no solution in these topics and online search at least not for my problem. We did all of them before. ☹️

Well, I'm sorry, wait for official support...
As I said, I get that Origin update only now, so, Im going to play some bf4 and check myself...

Windows 10 has this issue where the game doesn't appear in Borderless which is due to some change in Windows 10's virtual desktop. It's kinda the opposite issue of what you are having here but you can try the solution as well as it doesn't hurt. You basicly set the virtual desktop settings to all desktops like this:
