BF4 Geforce Now and Punkbuster

I need help.

I did not play BF4 for 2 or 3 months with Geforc now.

Yesterday i pay for Geforce now,start with my BF4 and afthe couple minutes i gt kick of the game with messege kicked for Punkbuster. In chat of BF4 i saw msg to update Punkbuster!

And how to do that when i play game with Geforce Now?

@0ld_yell0w I think that problem is solved.
For now,everything works great,again.

With nvidia chat support i got some line to copy/paste in windows run and to delete folder CefCache.

@0ld_yell0w Where to find detailed reason from Punkbuster about the ban?
I log on the link and i cant find that part.
I dont have option to play games without Geforce Now.
My PC is to old.
And BF4 with Geforce Now worked great before this !!

When you log in through the website and start a game it will show a red label in the bottom of the screen with detailed info about the ban.
A PB ban will show up looking like this:

That code that you say you have to paste in Windows run. Is it on your local computer or do you do it from Geforce Now. It does not allow me to execute commands from Geforce Now.

@WelshingDdraig you have to paste the command into the Run box to make it work

Unfortunatey this won't help this time. Getting kicked out after 3 minutes since a few days. I've also reinstalled GeForce Now but this couldn't fix the problem.
I also opened a support case at NVIDIA. They said I have to contact EA support.. Any help on this?

Keep getting kicked. I always close GFN app, clear the CefCache folder and reopen. Once every like 10-15 tries, I will be able to play for hours. Super frustrating.

same problem since 1 month, before I never had any problem
yet I played a lot of battlefield 4 on geforce now

I suppose that's why all of us are getting kicked by Punkbuster (see the attached screenshot).
I contacted an admin of a server I frequently play on, and they pulled the error message from the logs. Essentially, the error indicates that Punkbuster is outdated and needs to be updated (on all GFN servers with BF4 installed I guess).
I have already contacted GFN support and asked them to update Punkbuster on all EU servers that have BF4 installed.

Does Even Balance still release new Punkbuster versions? I don't think so.
And sometimes it works, no kick on the same BF 4 server and then I'm able to play.
I also opened a GFN support case in November and asked them to solve this. The issue would have been fixed if only an outdated Punkbuster is the problem.
