BF4 has stopped working

Hi everyone, i just bought bf4 and installed on my laptop, when i press play now button, it keeps saying "bf4 has stopped working"

my laptop is gen 4 i7, 16gb ram, ngforce 2gb, win 8 and it is pretty new and up-to-date. any solution for this????

WINDOWS 8.1 dumped by NVIDIA GT747 card. Won't detect that the card is physically installed! BF4 did launch on my Intel card but soon crashed.
I had to restore to 8.

November 15th / 2013 and I'm still getting the BF4 has stopped working error.
This was during the 2nd map load - a typical time to crash. Thereby, 1 game round is played, then crash.
This was using the 32-bit executable as well.
