Bf4 has stopped working

I used to be able to play BF4 without any problems at all to be honest. But a few weeks back I suddenly started getting this issue. Now when I join a game, around 10 minutes in this error comes up and my game data is wiped. The game isn't remembered, my score isn't added and any assignments I complete don't show up. I have to re-enter the server and start all over again in hope I finish the game.

I've done everything I could find; Uninstall/reinstall BF4, uninstall/reinstall Origin, repair BF4 on origin, run BF4 as administrator, run origin as administrator. I didn't have a user config file so I was given someone elses but that hasn't changed anything. I've reinstalled punkbuster, direct X and adobe flash player. My NVIDIA drivers are up to date (the issue didn't start when I updated my drivers). My firewall is turned off. I'm on a 60mb internet line too.

Any idea what the problem is?
