BF4 in-game Performance Test - In-Game icons issue

Ran the Performance Test, but doesn't seem to be working properly- I have a 3930K @4.8ghx and the 3x GTX 580 Tri SLi - Game is running fine at Ultra and 1920x1200 - The performance test says that my performance rating is BAD and to lower settings - Just as a test I changed settings to LOW and ran the test again and it still says my performance is rated BAD and to lower the settings!  Is there a problem with this??

The in game icons i.e     flag icons, tanks etc all seem to get in the way of my line of sight - I could have someone shooting at me in the distance but when I go to aim sometimes all the icons are on top of each other and on top of the person I want to shoot at and I cant see anything - they need to be displayed higher up depending on where your crosshair is, its quite frustrating - didn't have this issue with BF3.

I cant be only one with this problem - Is this an issue which is being looked at??

    Also tell me i ranked up 6 times before it stops

    Yeah, i ran the performance test aswell, i think the test itself is broken because it states an fps, but it stays at 0 when i imagine that should then change to your fps. i have a brand new computer, intel 4930k 6-core, gtx 780, 16gb RAM, etc. and on average on ultra i get anywhere between 80 - 120 fps, depending where i look and how much is happening in game in that direction, i hardly ever go under 80fps unless im looking at the entire map and lots of explosions etc are happening. and it tells me i have bad FPS and need to lower my setting , hah :P
