BF4 infinite black loading screen when launching the game

Hi, I have a problem with the version on steam of battlefield 4 premium. Basically when i launch the game i get an infinite black loading screen, i have try to contact EA support and tried differnt fix but i still can't play the game.

This is what i have tried so far:
Loading the game with origin offline
Loading the game in 64x and 86x
Unistall and reinstall the game
Unistall Origin and Steam
Unistall The anti-virus and re-install the game
Create an account with admin privileges
Upadte the directX and the Framework

Update all drivers
Update windows
Disable Origin in game and Steam Overall
Unistall the folder document of bf4 and repair the game
Safe boot
Unistall Origin and Steam and all folders in appdata
Clear the cache of graphics card
Clear cache of Steam and Origin
Disable firewall
Did a system file check
Used DIMS tool
Flush the dns card
Changed the language of the game and the system
try to install the game and origin in different root

Funny thing is that i have a standard edition of bf4 on Origin and it works without problems but i can't access the dlc because it says that i have to install the premium edition to have access to the dlc, even with the premium installed i can't access to the dlc.

I honesty don't know what to do
