BF4 just won't play nice at 21:9

Having an issue getting BF to display correctly at 3440x1440. I just get a massively zoomed in 1280x720 of the top left corner. I've attached 2 screenies. One of my settings & one of what these...

    Anyone out tonight?

    Me? Going to a 30th but I'd rather stay home playing Destiny. Maybe i'd play BF4 but I can't as its completely broken. BTW, the top left corner of the new expansion looks good!
